2024 Blank Canvas Gruner Veltliner

這款2024年酒款清新好飲,前調以檸檬皮、綠蘋果與白色果實為主,帶點白胡椒的香氣與法國小桶的細微香草與香料感。果實在Rapaura單一葡萄園採收,土壤為年輕的沖積質與壤土,葡萄樹採VSP整枝與拉藤修剪,生長條件排水良好,因此果皮與果核味道較清爽。釀造時以人工採收,盡量減少皮接觸,使用溫和的氣壓壓榨取清澈果汁:約20%在法國橡木大桶(20%新桶)發酵,餘下於不鏽鋼槽低溫發酵;發酵後在桶與槽中於細澱泥上熟成10個月,賦予酒體細緻奶油感與圓潤度。入口質地中等偏滑,酸度明亮帶來活力,尾韻有礦物與少許鹹感,特別適合海鮮、清爽東南亞風味或日常餐桌。語氣輕鬆、百搭又不失層次,是想要嘗試新口味的好選擇。


Bright and engaging, this 2024 release balances lively citrus and green apple notes with a creamy lees-driven texture and gentle French oak spice. Aromas of lemon zest, white stone fruit and a hint of white pepper lead to a mid-weight palate that shows fine minerality and a saline lift on the finish. The fruit was hand-harvested from a single Rapaura block on free-draining alluvial and loam soils; vines are VSP trained and cane-pruned. Gentle whole-cluster pressing and very limited skin contact preserved purity; about 20% of the clear juice fermented in French oak puncheons (20% new) while the remainder fermented cool in stainless tank. After fermentation the wine spent ten months on fine lees in tank and barrel to build texture and integrate oak before gentle filtration and bottling. Made by Blank Canvas Wines (owners Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson), this wine is immediate and food-friendly—best enjoyed lightly chilled and given a short 15–30 minute breathe to open.
