侍酒師私房筆記:打開瓶塞會先聞到花香、黃色蘋果與一點熱帶果甜,如鳳梨和桃。入口有柔和的奶油感和香草、牛奶糖的影子,酸度不高但夠支撐整體,尾韻帶礦物與微鹹,適合配海鮮或烤雞。醒個二十分鐘,溫度維持在10–12°C 最能展現平衡。

田地與釀造:La Fleur de Bouard 在大西洋影響下的葡園採收成熟但保留清新,部分在橡木中發酵、並有澱粉接觸與輕微乳酸發酵,目的是打造圓潤口感同時保留脆度。

Sommelier's Note: Aromas of white flowers, yellow apple and ripe tropical notes lead, then oak-driven nougat and vanilla round the palate. The mid-palate is silky from lees ageing and a soft malolactic impression; citrus and mineral notes steer a clean, slightly saline finish. Serve lightly chilled after a short 30-minute aeration to let the oak and citrus balance.

Winemaking & Vineyard: Crafted by La Fleur de Bouard under Hubert de Boüard's stewardship, fruit from Atlantic-influenced sites was fermented with part oak and enjoyed lees contact to build creaminess, with restrained use of new oak and subtle malolactic to preserve lift.

Competitive Edge: Offers the textural depth of more expensive estate bottlings but at a very attractive price — creamy yet saline and poised, it outperforms many mass-market whites in precision and aging potential.
