2021 Laurus Cotes du Rhone Blanc

品飲筆記：清新明亮的果香以油桃、青蘋果為主，伴有些許乾燥草本與杏仁微香，口感圓潤卻不失清爽，中段豐滿、尾韻果香延續。

釀造手法：採輕柔壓榨與低溫發酵保留香氣，部分在酵母渣上熟成以增添細緻口感，極少或不強調橡木味，讓果香與質地更突出。

葡萄園與土壤：葡萄來自不同小地塊，地形以礫石與排水良好的土壤為主，白天熱、夜晚涼的晝夜溫差幫助果實累積香氣，同時帶來一抹草本與礦質感。整體風格清爽、易飲且帶層次。

Tasting note: Bright orchard and stone-fruit aromas—nectarine and crisp apple—are layered with a hint of dried herbs and a touch of almond kernel. The palate shows a medium body with rounded texture, succulent mid-palate and a fresh, fruity finish.

Producer notes: From a long-established Rhône house, this cuvée reflects the producer’s blending skill: lively fruit, gentle oak restraint and a balanced profile intended for early enjoyment but with enough structure for short-term cellaring.

Winemaking notes: Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation preserve delicate aromatics. A portion of the blend is matured on fine lees to add weight and a creamy mouthfeel while retaining bright acidity. Minimal oak influence keeps the style fresh and aromatic.

Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from multiple parcels across the Côtes du Rhône, benefiting from warm days and cooler nights. Soils are a mix of stony, well-draining plots that concentrate flavour while giving the wine a lift of herbal complexity.
