品飲筆記:酒色深寶石紅,散發黑櫻桃、櫻桃烈酒(kirsch)與成熟李子的果香,伴隨細緻的煙燻與烘烤橡木香。酒體中等偏豐,口感圓潤順滑,單寧已趨柔和,整體優雅而慷慨,餘韻帶有礫石驅出的礦質感。 酒莊與田地:拉拉貢擁有約80公頃園地,地塊以淺色礫石土壤著稱(粉色、黃色與白色石英、方解石與瑪瑙),這種土壤能反射光熱,幫助果實成熟並保有細緻與平衡。近年由Caroline領導,酒莊朝尊重環境的耕作轉型,採取有機與類生態動力的做法以保護土壤與人員健康。 釀造風格:葡萄以人工採收,經過三次嚴格的手工篩選並輔以電子光學篩選,分地塊小批釀造。萃取控制謹慎,力求優雅與細緻;陳年於法國橡木桶(每年約50%換新的比例),期間多次澄清換桶以追求清潔與精緻的風味層次。 醒酒與搭配:建議輕醒酒(約30–60分鐘)以去渣並讓香氣展開。適合搭配煎烤紅肉、經典法式牛排與熟成起司,亦能與野味互補。

Tasting Note: Dark ruby in the glass, the 1995 La Lagune offers pronounced black-cherry and kirsch aromas layered with plum fruit and high-quality smoky, toasty oak. Medium-bodied and elegantly built, it shows round, generous fruit and a supple texture with softened tannins and a persistent, savory finish. Producer Notes: La Lagune covers some 80 hectares. In recent years the estate has been moving steadily toward environmentally respectful viticulture, drawing on organic and biodynamic practices to preserve soils, vines and the health of those who work them. The official conversion to organic began in 2013, with certification planned from the 2016 harvest. Vineyard: The estate sits on light gravel soils — pink, yellow and white quartz, calcite and agates — often described as the Médoc 'island model'. These stones reflect light and heat, helping the fruit achieve balance, finesse and aromatic purity. Winemaking & Ageing: Grapes are hand-harvested, undergo meticulous triple manual sorting followed by optical sorting, and are vinified parcel by parcel. Extraction is carefully controlled to favour elegance; the wine is aged in French oak barrels with roughly 50% renewed each year, and is racked several times to refine lees contact. This disciplined approach yields wines with structure and harmony. Service & Cellaring: For a vintage now mature, decant gently (about 45 minutes) to remove any sediment and to open the bouquet. Best enjoyed now but approachable earlier; pairs superbly with grilled or roasted red meats and mature cheeses.

Château La Lagune is a classified growth in the Haut-Médoc with some 80 hectares under vine. In recent years the estate has pursued environmentally mindful viticulture—drawing on organic and biodynamic principles—to protect soils and the health of its teams. Fruit is hand-harvested and vinified parcel by parcel; ageing is in French oak with regular racking and partial barrel renewal to favour finesse and longevity.
