品飲筆記：酒體厚實卻不粗糙，核果類（李子、黑櫻桃、黑莓）濃郁，帶有香料感（丁香、豆蔻）和一絲甘草與花香。入口豐滿、質地細緻，單寧光滑但仍有支撐感，收結悠長。 酒莊與田地：來自蒙塔奇諾一個注重傳統與品質的家族酒莊，葡萄園坐落於朝陽的山坡，土壤多石、排水良好，產量控制以換取濃縮風味。釀造手法以細緻萃取與長時間熟成為主，讓酒在保有果香的同時，單寧和香氣更為複雜。建議醒酒一小時左右，讓香氣與口感更和諧。

Tasting Note: A concentrated, mature Brunello showing plum, black cherry and blackberry at the core, layered with savory spice, clove and a touch of licorice and floral lift. The palate is broad and textured — full-bodied, polished and driven by velvety yet firm tannins, finishing long and persistent. Producer Notes: From a respected Montalcino estate known for age-worthy, structured wines. Yields are managed for concentration and the house style favours precision and balance. Winemaking: Extended maceration and careful extraction build structure, with prolonged maturation in oak to round tannins while preserving primary fruit and aromatic spice. Vineyard: Grapes come from hillside sites with well-drained, stony soils, benefitting from good diurnal range and sun exposure that produce ripe dark-fruited depth and vibrant acidity.
