品飲筆記:這瓶2013年的馥悅乾紅呈現飽滿的黑櫻桃與李子香氣,橡木帶出香草與些許雪松的烘烤香,口感豐腴但有清爽的收尾。入口絲滑,接著轉為紮實且有嚼勁的丹寧,尾韻悠長。 酒莊與風格:馥悅酒莊小批量釀造(全產量僅625箱),由Heidi主導調配與瓶裝,酒標採用LeRoy Neiman的水彩畫作為點綴,既有藝術感也表現釀酒團隊追求細緻與層次的理念。 釀造細節:葡萄於9月17日採收,置於多家頂級法國桶(Taransaud、Radoux、Gamba)中陳年,2015年3月裝瓶,採用軟木塞封瓶。橡木與果實融合良好,香氣不被遮蓋,適合稍微醒酒後飲用。 田園與口感:納帕山谷陽光充足、晝夜溫差幫助累積成熟風味,果實濃郁且結構穩健。建議醒酒60–90分鐘,適合搭配牛羊肉或帶香料的烹調,享受層次分明又紮實的口感。

Tasting Note: A bold, Napa-voiced red with ripe dark-fruit notes of black cherry and plum, layered with French oak spice, cedar and a touch of vanilla. The palate is juicy yet structured — velvety texture up front gives way to chewy, firmly gripped tannins and a long, fresh finish. Producer & Story: From Amuse Bouche Winery, this 2013 bottling is presented with a commissioned LeRoy Neiman watercolor and reflects the house style: artful, concentrated and age-worthy. Small-production (625 cases) and hand-finished, it was crafted under Heidi's direction to balance power with elegance. Winemaking: Harvested on 17 September, the wine spent time in a mix of Taransaud, Radoux and Gamba French oak before being bottled in March 2015. A traditional cork closure and careful maturation deliver integrated oak tones without overwhelming the fruit. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from Napa Valley sites that benefit from warm days and cooling influences, the wine shows ripe fruit concentration with a firm structural backbone. Ready to enjoy with 1–1.5 hours of decanting, it has the stuffing to cellar through the drinking window (2016–2036).
