Tasting note: Ripe plum and dark chocolate aromas open to cedar, forest bark and a subtle saline minerality. On the palate the wine is juicy and medium–full, with polished, velvety tannins and a touch of spice on the lingering finish. Producer notes: This is the second label from a renowned Saint‑Émilion estate, crafted in the style of the grand vin with care in selection and élevage. Winemaking notes: Matured in French oak, the wine shows integrated toast and gentle extraction—oak supports structure without overpowering primary fruit. Vineyard notes: Sourced from well‑located Saint‑Émilion parcels, soils impart a savory mineral thread and the region's classic ripeness. Drink within its window for immediate pleasure or cellar a decade for added complexity. Decant 45–60 minutes for best aromatics. Food pairing: pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, grilled steaks, braised beef or rustic Iberian pork dishes.
