Tasting note

來自Marlborough單一園的清爽表現，入口鮮明，檸檬與百香果的果香交織一絲橙花的花香，礦物與碎石感讓整體輪廓更緊緻。葡萄於夜間機採以保留酸度，進廠後以氣壓壓榨、盡量減少果皮接觸，低溫在不鏽鋼中發酵，並保留少量粗渣增添口感厚度，最後以不經橡木、旋蓋封瓶。田間為年輕沖積粉砂覆蓋沙層，採用再生農法並通過新西蘭可持續認證，種植與釀造的每一步都在追求清爽、乾淨且具礦感的風格。整體口感細緻有粉感，酸度明快，適合搭配山羊乳酪、清淡海鮮或帶點酸甜的亞洲菜餚。

A precise, single-vineyard white from Marlborough showing zesty citrus and tropical lift. Aromas of lime, passion fruit, gooseberry and a hint of orange blossom lead to a crisp, mineral-driven palate with crushed-rock notes and a chalky, polished finish. The team machine-harvested fruit at night to preserve fresh acidity; grapes were gently pressed in a pneumatic press with minimal skin contact, settled naturally and fermented cool in stainless steel. Left briefly on light lees for added texture, the wine was bottled unoaked under screwcap. The Holdaway site sits on young alluvial silts over sand and is farmed using regenerative practices with SWNZ certification—resulting in a focused, energetic expression that drinks beautifully now and will hold for a few years.
