品飲筆記：打開杯蓋先是紅櫻桃與紅莓的果香，接著透出玫瑰花瓣、煙草、與細緻的堅果殼氣息，底層帶點礦質與潮土感。口感集中而有張力，中等偏上的酒體配上明亮酸度與緊緻單寧，果味輪廓清晰，收尾帶出鹹香與悠長餘韻。 酒莊與田間：Ca' Rome 來自巴羅洛的 Marengo / Rapet 山坡，屬小型產量的家族或小莊風格，重視風土表現與果實成熟的平衡。葡萄園多為坡地，石灰質黏土礦物豐富，日夜溫差幫助累積香氣與酸度。 釀造小記：採傳統手法處理果實，較長時間浸皮以抽取結構與香氣，並在木桶中適度熟成讓單寧更圓潤但不掩蓋本身的優雅。建議醒酒一段時間再喝，會更開放也更有層次。這款酒適合慢慢品、搭配羊肉或濃郁的義式燉肉，餐桌氣氛會更好。

Producer Notes: From Ca' Rome's Rapet holdings in the Barolo zone, this 2018 shows the village's classic tension between ripe fruit and savoury, almost terroir-driven restraint. The estate produces small quantities and emphasizes a traditional, site-focused approach. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are handled with attentive, traditional methods — gentle extraction with extended maceration to build structure and aromatic complexity, followed by an extended ageing period in oak casks to round the wine while preserving its varietal finesse. Bottles are released after careful maturation to allow primary edges to harmonize. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from hillside parcels in the Marengo/Rapet area of Barolo where calcareous marl and clay soils lend mineral lift and structure.
