Tasting note
Bright and generous, this Brut Réserve opens with delicate aromas of brioche, toasted almond and warm lemon zest, followed by green apple, pear and subtle honeyed stone-fruit notes. The palate is creamy with a fine, persistent mousse and lively citric backbone that keeps the wine fresh and vibrant. Autolytic complexity from extended lees aging adds toasty, biscuity layers and a saline minerality that carries through a long, precise finish. Producer notes: Crafted by a historic house known for blending a high proportion of reserve wines, this cuvée aims for depth and elegance rather than overt youthfulness. Winemaking notes: Multi-vintage reserve composition with lengthy lees contact and careful cellar ageing to build texture and complexity; gentle dosage to preserve freshness. Vineyard notes: Grapes are selected from established villages across key Champagne sub-regions, including prime sites that contribute ripe orchard fruit, structure and minerality. Best served well-chilled and enjoyed as an apéritif or with refined seafood dishes.

Founded in the 19th century, this house built its reputation on rich, complex champagnes with an emphasis on reserve wines and cellar ageing. The cellar program favors extended lees contact and careful blending from top parcels across Champagne to achieve a rounded, bready character balanced by fresh acidity and saline minerality.
