Tasting note

這款非年份桃紅香檳來自家族式小酒莊,酒體顏色溫柔,香氣以紅莓為主,帶有野草莓與覆盆子的清新果味,還有一抹西瓜般的果肉感與檸檬皮的明亮酸度。氣泡細緻綿密,入口飽滿卻不厚重,酸度讓整體保持清爽利落;餘韻帶有鹹礦質與些許酵母香,讓果味更有層次。釀造採傳統瓶中二次發酵,長時間與酒泥接觸以增加口感的圓潤與複雜度;少量加入紅酒調配出桃紅色澤與鮮明的紅果香。葡萄來源自小地塊,土壤偏白堊/礫石,種植與收成以追求低產與高濃縮為目標,整體是款既優雅又親民、非常適合作為開胃酒或搭配魚類與風味較重的家常菜的桃紅香檳。

A vivid non-vintage rosé from a small Champagne house, this Brut Rosé shows bright, pure red-berry aromas—wild strawberry, raspberry and a hint of watermelon—lifted by citrus zest and a saline mineral thread. On the palate the mousse is fine and persistent, delivering fleshy fruit that stays crisp thanks to lively acidity and a restrained dosage. Winemaking follows traditional method with extended lees ageing for texture and complexity; a small proportion of red wine contributes the rosé hue and extra red-fruit lift. The vineyards supplying this cuvée are parcel-led, tended for concentration and freshness, yielding a racy, food-friendly champagne that pairs beautifully with richer fish, poultry and slightly spicy cuisine.
