杜釋這款白中白呈現清爽又有層次的表現：打開杯蓋先聞到檸檬皮、杏桃和烤杏仁的香氣，隨後帶出陳年澱粉與奶油麵包的香甜。口感細緻，氣泡圓潤柔和，酸度明亮但不刺，檸檬韻與淡淡礦物感推進整體架構，尾韻乾淨且持久。酒廠以低干預、延長瓶中與瓶後陳年（低劑量或零添加糖）來保留果味與酵母風味，推薦冰鎮後短暫醒杯約15分鐘再飲，尤其適合搭海鮮、龍蝦、奶油類開胃菜或輕熟軟質起司。

A precise, zero-dosage Blanc de Blancs showing bright lemon rind, ripe apricot and toasted almond on the nose. On the palate it delivers rounded, fine bubbles, crisp citric drive and a lees-derived creaminess with delicate butter and brioche notes. Chalky minerality and pale stone-fruit layers give structure and a long, pure finish. Based mainly on 2018 with a small proportion of reserve wine; disgorged May 2023 and bottled as Brut Nature (0 g/L). Serve well chilled and allow a short rest in the glass (about 15 minutes) to unveil aromas. Excellent with shellfish, lobster, delicate pâtés and soft cheeses.
