Tasting note: A delicate pomegranate-pink rosé with a fine, persistent mousse and a fresh, precise profile. Aromas open to wild red berries and subtle tropical notes, then unveil rose and pomegranate nuances. On the palate it is distinctly lively—bright acidity meets a gently rounded, almost creamy mid-palate and a mineral, slightly saline finish with a hint of mint and pink grapefruit. Producer notes: Ruinart’s historic rosé lineage dates back to the 18th century; this non-vintage Brut Rosé preserves that legacy with refined elegance. The house emphasises consistency and finesse across releases. Winemaking: Made by the Traditional Method with a measured dosage (Brut) and approximately 8–9 g/L residual sugar. A portion of the blend is vinified as red wine to provide color, structure and spice; around 20–25% of the final cuvée is reserve wines from previous years and lees ageing contributes a creamy texture. Vineyard notes: The blend is carefully sourced from classic Champagne vineyards including parcels in the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, with selected fruit and reserve lots combined to achieve balance and freshness.
