Tasting note
張裕旗下的這款 N398 是日常也能享受的實力派紅酒。聞起來有成熟黑櫻桃、李子和一點木質香,橡木帶來淡淡香草與煙燻調。入口飽滿、單寧結構分明,果實味濃郁但不厚重,尾韻帶有香料與些許煙草感。酒體中段帶有溫和的酸度,讓整體口感更有層次與延展性。釀製上採用穩健的發酵與橡木桶陳年,田地位於山海相近的煙台產區,晝夜溫差幫助果實成熟而保有清晰酸度。建議醒酒約45分鐘,搭配烤牛排、紅燒肉或帶香菇的料理,都很對味。
A confident, modern red from one of China's longest-established houses. On the nose, ripe black cherry and plum are layered with cedar, vanilla and a touch of tobacco from measured oak ageing. The palate is medium-plus in body with concentrated dark fruit, savoury spice and firm, structured tannins that give shape and drive. Oak influence is present but balanced, offering notes of sweet spice and gentle toast. Drink now with 30–60 minutes aeration for best aromatic lift, or cellar a few years to let the tannins soften. Pair with grilled red meats, hearty braises and mature cheeses.

Changyu is one of China's oldest and most influential wineries, founded in Yantai in the late 19th century. The Noble Dragon (N) series is designed to showcase ripe fruit balanced with careful oak management and modern cellar techniques. Fruit is sourced from estate and partner vineyards in Shandong, fermented under controlled temperatures, and matured in oak to build structure and aromatic complexity.
