品飲筆記:鼻腔先是濃郁的黑櫻桃與李子香,接著綻放出紫羅蘭花香與薄荷清氣,並有烤杏仁、可可與香草的細膩香料感。入口飽滿、層次分明,單寧絲滑但有力,酸度活躍帶動果味前行,礦物感和石灰岩般的礦質尾韻綿延不絕。 酒莊與田地:寶雅莊園坐落在聖艾美濃石灰岩高地的至高點,歷史可溯至羅馬時代。被Jean-Pierre Moueix集團買下後大刀闊斧整修酒莊、窖室與葡萄園,並併入相鄰的傳統優良地塊,使風土表現更加完整。葡萄園約23.5公頃,高地為星狀石灰岩,坡地覆有藍色黏土,平均樹齡約25年。 釀造與陳年:全手工採收,採光學與人工雙重篩選。於溫控混凝土與不鏽鋼槽發酵,以溫和受控的浸皮與萃取手法保留果香與結構,之後以法國橡木桶熟成約14個月,提供精緻的香料與支持感。 口感建議:建議開瓶後醒酒一到兩小時再飲,若入窖收藏則能在2030年代展現更多陳年變化。這是一款既可當下享受也適合長期陳放的經典力作。

Tasting note: Bright, concentrated aromatics open to black cherry, ripe plum and black raspberry, layered with violet florals, spearmint and a suggestion of roasted almond and mocha. The palate is dense and well-structured — silky yet resolute tannins frame juicy, mineral-driven fruit while French oak spice and vanilla add breadth. A persistent, stony finish carries through with red-fruit echoes. Producer notes: Château Bélair-Monange sits atop Saint-Émilion’s limestone plateau and has a history reaching back to Roman times. Acquired and restored by Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix and now owned by Pascal Delbeck, the estate unites prime parcels formerly including Château Magdelaine to express the best of the terroir. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-harvested with double sorting (optical and manual). Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless-steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction. The wine spends c.14 months in French oak providing fine-grained support without overwhelming the core fruit. Vineyard notes: The estate covers about 23.5 hectares on a classic Saint-Émilion profile — asteriated limestone on the plateau and blue clay on the slopes. Average vine age is around 25 years, delivering concentrated fruit and distinct mineral lift. Cellaring and serving: Built to age but approachable with time in the glass. Decant for 1–2 hours if you drink now; otherwise cellar through the 2030s and beyond for evolving tertiary complexity.

Château Bélair-Monange is a historic Saint-Émilion estate occupying high limestone ground on the plateau. Restored and consolidated under Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix and currently owned by Pascal Delbeck, the property combines prime parcels and benefits from careful vineyard renewal, modern cellar technology and traditional élevage to showcase its prestigious terroir.
