品飲筆記:酒體清爽俐落,先是檸檬皮與青蘋果的明亮酸感,接著帶出濕石與海鹽般的礦物調性,餘韻乾淨持久。口感偏薄至中等,酸度明顯但平衡,喝來很有節奏感。 酒莊小檔案:百樂堡的「橘子園」系列走的是夏布利的傳統路線,重視土地與鮮度,不用濃重木桶去掩蓋風土特徵。 釀造手法:為了保留果香與石質礦感,採用低溫發酵與適度的細泥接觸以增厚口感,但避免大量新桶處理,注重純淨與口感線條。 葡萄園與風土:取自夏布利典型的石灰黏土(Kimmeridgian)地帶,氣候偏涼,成熟緩慢有助於鎖住酸度與礦物香。田間管理務求整齊與成熟均衡,收成時機掌握得宜,讓風土清晰呈現於杯中。喝之前可先醒二三十分鐘,風味會更開放。

Tasting note: Bright and focused, this Chablis presents lively citrus (lemon zest and green apple) layered over wet-stone minerality and a hint of saline. The palate is driven by brisk acidity, a slender-to-medium body and a clean, persistent finish that speaks of cool-climate energy. Producer notes: From Château de Beru's Orangerie cuvée, the wine aims for freshness and clarity — a classic regional expression with emphasis on mineral tension and purity rather than oak influence. Winemaking notes: Fermented and matured to preserve primary fruit and a stony minerality; lees contact and careful temperature control add texture without masking the wine's taut acidity. Minimal new oak or heavy extraction ensures an overtly fresh profile. Vineyard notes: Sourced from Chablis vineyards on Kimmeridgian-influenced soils typical of the region, the vineyards benefit from cool climate ripening that retains acidity and aromatic lift. Gentle canopy management and timely harvesting deliver clean, energetic fruit that translates into a precise, terroir-driven wine.
