品飲筆記:這支佛澤爾2005帶著成熟的黑色果實香:黑櫻桃、李子與黑無花果,夾雜雪松、煙草與烘焙香料的細緻氣息。口感豐滿但不笨重,果實濃郁而成熟,單寧紮實且絲滑,橡木帶出香草與微微煙燻感,尾韻留有土地的礦感與暖香。生產說明:酒莊強調來自田地的能量與多樣性,採用不同地塊融合出層次豐富的風貌。釀造細節:由首席釀酒師掌控,於法國橡木桶中陳放約12個月,重視萃取的平衡與橡木的融入,使酒體在成熟後仍保持結構。葡萄園筆記:位於Pessac-Leognan,礫石與砂質土壤、受大西洋海風影響,地塊差異造就深度與優雅礦感。建議醒酒1小時左右,搭配紅肉或成熟奶酪最對味。這個年份既有成熟果實的飽滿,也保有古典勁道,適合想品味波爾多複合性與陳年香氣的飲家。

Tasting Note: A classic Pessac-Leognan expression from Château de Fieuzal’s 2005 vintage. Aromas open with black cherry, plum, cassis and a waft of cedar, tobacco and baking spices. The palate is concentrated and ripe—black fig and dried fruit framed by smooth, persistent black tannins and French oak influence. Earthy and smoky notes linger through a long, confident finish. Producer Notes: Fieuzal emphasizes a sense of place: multiple soil types and parcels combine to give a complex, precise balance that marries flavour with texture. Winemaking Notes: Fermented and aged in French oak (average 12 months), the wine benefits from careful extraction and oak integration, overseen by Stephen Carrier with consultancy input. Vineyard Notes: Situated in Pessac-Leognan on gravelly soils with Atlantic influence, the estate’s varied terroir delivers depth and mineral lift, contributing to the wine’s layered character. Serving & Ageing: While still showing good structure, an hour or so of decanting will help open tertiary aromas. Matches particularly well with richer red meats and mature cheeses.
