品飲筆記:這支2022年份展現深沉的黑色莓果香,入口先是熟梅、黑莓與櫻桃的果醬感,接著浮現細緻的紫羅蘭、黑巧克力和溫和香料。酒體飽滿但有活力,酸度帶動果味前後呼應,單寧圓潤細緻,尾韻悠長又帶礦感。 酒莊與田地:卡迪娜屬於聖艾美濃特級列級(Grand Cru Classé),酒莊位於黏土—石灰岩高地,擁有六種土壤組合:自Asteria石灰岩下層到綠色泥岩與砂質沖積礫石,各地塊賦予葡萄不同的礦性與結構感。 釀造與陳年:全園手採、分級篩選,採用溫控錐形不鏽鋼發酵槽,部分在500公升小橡木桶完成微型釀造。主力在全新法國橡木桶陳年12–14個月,同時有少量使用大型陶甕(amphora)來保留果味純淨與柔和的口感紋理。 口感重點(輕鬆說):入口豐滿、果肉感厚實但不笨重,單寧像絲綢般包覆舌面,酸度帶出清新張力,香料與礦物尾韻讓人想再喝一口。現在醒個兩小時就很友善,收藏還能慢慢看它變化。
Tasting note: Deep garnet in colour, the 2022 Fleur Cardinale opens with concentrated aromas of stewed black plums, blackberry compote and kirsch, layered with violet florals, dark chocolate and a hint of star anise. The palate is full-bodied and dense yet energetic—juicy black fruit framed by ripe, rounded tannins, bright acidity and a long, aromatic finish. Producer notes: Château Fleur Cardinale, a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé under the ownership of Dominique Decoster, recommends early enjoyment from four years after harvest with ample decanting, though the wine will age gracefully for decades. The 2022 vintage shows both power and elegance, balanced and generous on the palate with fine length. Winemaking notes: Harvested by hand (19–30 September) with rigorous sorting in the vineyard and winery. Fermentation takes place in tronco-conical stainless steel vats with full temperature control; selected micro-vinifications are carried out in 500-litre barrels. Aging is 12–14 months in new French oak, with a small portion matured in 750-litre amphorae to refine texture and fruit purity. Vineyard notes: The estate sits on a clay–limestone plateau with six distinct soil types (limestone over Asteria sub-soil, green marl, colluvial limestone over silty-sandy molasse and several clay-silty variants). These soils, together with careful canopy management and hand-harvest, contribute mineral lift and structural balance to the wine. Winemaker impression: A concentrated, elegant Grand Cru showing ripe black fruit, floral lift and spicy complexity. Silky tannins and lively acidity make it approachable with decanting now, yet built to develop for many years.
