侍酒師私房筆記:顏色深沉,先是煙燻與松露帶出黑櫻桃與黑莓的甜鹹感,接着石墨和皮革味道慢慢鋪開。單寧緊實但有彈性,酒體厚實,入口有鹹礦感收尾,空杯後能聞到紫羅蘭與一點牛軋糖的尾韻。開瓶要給它時間,90 分鐘左右最能顯出層次。

Sommelier's private note: On pouring you’ll first notice a smoky, almost saline edge layered over ripe black cherry and kirsch. The mid-palate is dense and focused — graphite and tobacco thread through concentrated dark fruit while chewy, sculpted tannins hold the architecture. It’s robust but precise: needs airing to show floral violet and nougat details, then rewards with a long, mineral finish.

Occasion (pairing & serving): Ideal for special dinners — roast duck or goose at a family banquet, a sirloin steak night, or a celebratory multi-course meal. Decant 1–2 hours to soften tannins and lift perfumed notes.
