酒莊與田地:力關整片園區位於聖朱利安村,紅葡萄園總面積達118公頃,分佈於兩座朝向南北的丘陵。土壤以黏土夾石灰為主、表土有碎石與卵石,受大西洋溫和海洋性氣候影響,果實成熟穩定且帶出礦感與優雅結構。
釀造手法:2015年人工分箱採收,先以整串人工篩選,再以光學儀器逐粒挑選。按小地塊分批不鏽鋼溫控發酵(26–28°C),18–25天浸皮,採用溫和翻渣或踩皮與脫渣技術,並於發酵期進行乳酸發酵共接種。陳年21個月,60%新橡木桶,於桶中以新鮮蛋白細膩澄清,最後調配後裝瓶。

Tasting Note: Deep purple with violet rim. The nose opens with concentrated dark berry and black‑currant fruit layered with discreet oak spice, toasted nuances and a touch of tobacco and savory herb. On the palate it is full‑bodied and concentrated yet retains an elegant, balanced profile: ripe, well‑structured tannins give a velvety mouthfeel and carry persistent fruit to a long, chalky finish.
Producer Notes: A demonstration of balance and slow evolution. The estate highlights harmony between richness and elegance, producing a wine that is powerful in youth but gains finesse with time.
Winemaking Notes: Hand‑harvested into individual crates with two‑stage sorting (whole‑cluster then optical grape selection). Vinification plot‑by‑plot in temperature‑controlled stainless steel vats (26–28°C) with 18–25 day macerations, moderate punching‑down or délestage, and malolactic through co‑inoculation. Aged 21 months with 60% new oak and fined in barrel with fresh egg whites before final blending.
Vineyard Notes: Entirely in Saint‑Julien across 118 hectares of contiguous vineyard on two hills with clay‑limestone subsoil and pebble/gravel topsoils. Temperate oceanic climate gives ripe concentration balanced by mineral tension. Harvest for 2015 ran from 21 September to 12 October.

Château Lagrange is a large, classified estate in Saint‑Julien, owned by Suntory. The domaine manages some 118 hectares planted in a single block over two hills with clay‑limestone subsoils and pebble/gravel topsoils. The property has invested in modern sorting and cellar equipment while keeping traditional barrel ageing and careful plot selection to express the estate’s balance of power and elegance.
