品飲筆記:酒色深邃帶紫光,香氣集中而層次豐富——黑莓、黑醋栗的成熟果實香與石墨、雪松、煙草與香料細緻交織。入口飽滿且柔滑,中段奶油感與豐厚果實並存,單寧豐盈卻絲滑不粗糙,酸度明亮為整體帶來張力,尾韻優雅且延綿。 酒莊風貌:名列二級特選(2ème Cru Classé),酒莊向來以兼具力量與精緻著稱,這支酒延續家族風格:結構完整、可長期陳放且越陳越迷人。 釀造重點:採摘於九月底至十月初,釀程著重均衡的萃取與成熟單寧的保存,完成乳酸發酵後於橡木桶陳放18個月,賦予香料與動人質地。 葡萄園與年份:栽植於深層礫石土壤。2019年春季稍涼、夏季炎熱乾旱,成熟期水分有限,果實濃縮、酚類成熟度高,造就果味飽滿且單寧優雅的風貌。整體來說,這是一支既有力量又有細緻感的經典波爾多佳釀,適合慢慢品味或長期收藏。
Tasting Note: Deep garnet colour with violet hues. The bouquet is intense and precise — a layered mosaic of ripe black fruits, cassis and blackberry, lifted by graphite, cedar and subtle tobacco spice. On the palate it shows a fleshy, creamy core with concentrated fruit, plush yet finely woven tannins and a bright thread of acidity that gives energy. The finish is long, elegant and persistent. Producer Notes: A Second Growth with a long reputation for structure and longevity, this release displays the house signature of power married to refinement. The estate highlights the wine’s elegance, intensity and exceptional length, noting it will develop beautifully over decades. Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested in late September and early October, ferments were handled for balance and phenolic extraction; malolactic conversion and an 18-month élevage in oak refine texture and add spice complexity. Tannins are ripe and silky rather than austere. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from deep gravel soils on the estate, the 2019 season combined a cool spring and a hot, dry summer that enhanced concentration and phenolic ripeness. Limited water during ripening helped intensify fruit flavours and develop polished tannins. Expect this wine to reward cellaring for many years.
