Tasting note

品嚐筆記:酒色深邃,黑莓與黑醋栗香氣為主軸,伴隨甘草、雪松、煙草與細緻礦物氣息。入口濃郁飽滿,單寧扎實但絲滑包覆,果實成熟而不失緊緻,酸度帶來清晰線條,尾韻清爽且帶香料餘味。 酒莊與生產:露仙世家為瑪歌名莊,二級名莊等級加上香奈兒長期經營,注重細節與園區分割。2014年採收期間從九月下旬到十月中旬,呈現出成熟豐富卻帶礦感的風格。 釀造工藝:園中分地塊獨立發酵,採重力導入、不仰賴機械壓榨;在控溫不鏽鋼槽中發酵後以法國橡木桶熟成18個月,並在桶中以蛋白作輕微澄清,讓單寧更圓潤、質地更細緻。 葡萄園與風土:土壤以礫岩與黏土礫石為主,有細沙質黏土或砂黏土片段。礫石蓄熱、排水良好,促進果實濃縮;黏土則保留養分和酸度,使酒體兼備力量與新鮮感。 飲用提示:若現飲建議醒酒1–2小時,搭配牛排或慢燉紅肉最為理想。風格優雅而有結構,既能早飲也能長期陳放。

Tasting note: Deep garnet with a vivid rim. Aromas of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant are layered with refined notes of liquorice, cedar, tobacco and struck-match minerality. The palate is concentrated and full-bodied, showing dense yet polished tannins that coat the mouth; the wine balances ripe, intense fruit with a bright thread of acidity and a cool mineral backbone. The finish is long and fresh with lingering spice and anise-like echoes. Producer notes: The 2014 vintage at this Margaux estate exemplifies Médoc character—rich and complex, with clear tension between power and elegance. The team highlights dense tannins, good acidity and a silky texture complemented by distinctive liquorice notes and a refreshing finish. Winemaking notes: Grapes were hand-harvested (22 Sept–16 Oct) and vinified by individual parcel with intra-parcel management. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and transfers were gravity-fed; élevage lasted 18 months in French oak barrels with fining using egg whites in barrel to refine tannins and texture. Vineyard notes: Soils are classic Margaux gravel and clay-gravel terraces (Terrace 4) with patches of fine sandy-clay and sandy-clay. These well-draining gravels provide heat retention and stress that concentrate fruit while clay layers preserve freshness and structure. The estate’s meticulous parcel selection and low-intervention approach let terroir-driven precision shine through. Serve: Decant for 60–120 minutes if drinking now. Best drinking window spans decades—drinkability opens with some bottle age, while excellent structure supports long cellaring.
