Tasting note: Bright and inviting on the nose with lemon zest, white blossom and a hint of stone fruit, followed by a saline mineral streak. On the palate it’s crisp and medium-bodied, offering zesty citrus drive, gentle orchard fruit and a subtly herbal lift. The finish is clean with lingering mineral and floral echoes. Producer notes: Crafted by Christophe Pacalet, a vigneron renowned for a hands-on, low-intervention approach. This IGP blanc reflects Pacalet’s attention to detail: fruit sourced thoughtfully, gentle handling and a focus on freshness and expression rather than heavy manipulation. Winemaking notes: Fermentation using natural or ambient yeasts and restrained use of sulphur produces a lively, energetic white.
