品飲筆記:酒體呈深寶石紅、帶紫光邊。香氣以黑加侖與黑莓為主,隨後跳出成熟無花果、可可與淡淡煙草、香草與礦物氣息。入口質地飽滿但不厚重,口感有甜感般的圓潤與絲滑,單寧圓潤而融洽,酸度清新,帶出明亮的中段與延綿的餘韻。 酒莊與背景:Connetable 是大寶(Château Talbot)聞名的二牌酒,受到 Bignon‑Cordier 家族細心管理,以傳統波爾多工法與嚴格篩選著稱,風格偏向經典與優雅。 葡萄園與釀造:葡萄園位於梅多克礫石地帶(面積約102.5公頃),密植約7700株/公頃,葡萄平均約30年樹齡,採用梅多克雙篩式剪枝與四向傳統耕作。採收期間為9月19日至10月8日,進廠後在不鏽鋼槽發酵,經人工與光學浮動分選,熟成15個月(15%新桶)。 口感與搭配:這款酒口感友善、輪廓分明,適合先醒一小時再飲,配搭烤牛排、燒烤紅肉或帶汁的羊肉都很合拍,搭配陳年硬質起司也能互相襯托。

Tasting Note: Deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of cassis and blackberries evolve into ripe fig, sweet tobacco and subtle cocoa. On the palate it is medium-plus in weight with a plush, slightly sweet texture, integrated tannins and lively, refreshing acidity leading to a long, savory finish. Producer & History: Connétable Talbot is the well-regarded second wine from Château Talbot, benefitting from decades of vineyard care and strict selection. The Bignon‑Cordier family oversees a classic Médoc approach that favours elegance and structure. Vineyard Notes: Grown on Médoc’s gravelly soils across a large estate (c.102.5 ha). High planting density (7,700 plants/ha), average vine age ~30 years, Médoc double‑guyot pruning and traditional four‑way ploughing encourage concentration and balance. Harvest took place from 19 September to 8 October. Winemaking: Grapes are carefully sorted (manual and optical/floating sorting), fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged 15 months in oak barrels (15% new). The result is a classically shaped, well‑designed second wine with freshness and finesse. Serve: Decant about an hour before serving at cellar‑cool to cool‑room temperature. Pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
