品飲筆記:這款珍藏展現深沉但優雅的層次,入口先是成熟的深色果實與黑櫻桃香,接著有玫瑰、野薄荷、林下土壤氣息,尾段出現血橙、甘草、煙草與巧克力咖啡的細緻香調。口感飽滿,單寧結實卻經過打磨,酸度帶動整體節奏,餘韻悠長且帶些鹹香。 酒莊與田間:由Costanti家族經營的酒莊坐落蒙塔奇諾,總地塊25公頃,其中12公頃為葡萄園,海拔約310–400公尺。土壤為白堊紀時期的石板質(galestro),貧瘠卻能集中風味,葡萄樹年齡分佈約6至25年,莊園在果實成熟與坡向選擇上相當用心。 釀造與陳年:先於不鏽鋼罐中發酵浸皮約兩週,接著長時間陳年共48個月:18個月於小桶(tonneaux)、18個月於斯拉夫橡木大桶,最後瓶中熟成12個月才上市。這樣的處理讓橡木與果實交融,口感既有力量也保有細緻。 建議飲用方式:開瓶後建議醒90分鐘,能讓香氣層次更明顯、單寧更柔順。搭配紅燉肉、烤野味或風味濃厚的義式料理最合適。

Tasting Note: A poised yet powerful Riserva showing concentrated dark-fruit aromas—Marasca cherry and plum—lifted by notes of rose, wild mint and forest floor. Secondary layers of blood orange, licorice, tobacco, smoke and mocha unfold on the palate. Elegantly structured, the wine is linear and focused with refined tannins, full body and a very long, savory finish. Producer & Vineyard: From the Costanti family estate on 25 hectares (12 ha under vine) at 310–400m elevation in Montalcino. The estate’s soils are lithoid galestro from the Cretacic era—poor, stony ground that concentrates flavors. Vines range from roughly 6 to 25 years old, with careful site selection and exposure to optimize ripeness and acidity. Winemaking & Ageing: Two weeks of maceration in stainless-steel vats precede an extended ageing regime (48 months total): 18 months in tonneaux, 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and a further 12 months in bottle before release. The result is a deeply textured Riserva where oak integration and bottle development create complexity without overwhelming fruit purity. Serving: Best decanted (about 90 minutes) to reveal layered aromatics and soften the noble tannins. Ideal with hearty braises, roasted game or rich tomato-based Italian dishes.

Conti Costanti is a family-owned estate in Montalcino with 25 hectares of land—12 planted to vines, plus olive groves and woodland. Vineyards sit between 310 and 400 metres and grow on galestro (stony, lithoid) soils dating to the Cretacic era. The family focuses on careful exposure selection and traditional ageing practices to craft structured, age-worthy wines.
