The 2021 Daou Patrimony Cabernet Sauvignon is a cult-level expression from the Adelaida District, Paso Robles. Crafted from only the finest mountain fruit, wild yeast fermented and aged 30 months in top French barrels. This full-bodied, structured red delivers an immense bouquet of dark berries, tobacco, graphite, and roasted meat.
