嘗一口便能感受到田沙爾姆一級園的細膩：紅櫻桃與覆盆子果香先行，隨之而來的是潮濕林地、淡淡香料與礦物感。口感中段飽滿但不沉重，單寧細緻如絲，酸度明亮帶動整體節奏，餘韻清晰且悠長。酒莊由Jean‑Louis與Léon家族經營，重視小地塊的表現，手工採收並透過溫和發酵保留果實純淨與質地。田間以石灰岩與黏土為主的土壤，賦予酒款那股礦感與緊緻骨架，既適合立即醒飲也值得珍藏幾年。

Tasting note: Bright ruby at the rim with a deeper core, this Premier Cru opens with cherry and raspberry compote, edged by forest-floor and subtle spiced tea. The palate shows focused red fruit, fine-grained tannins and a mineral lift that keeps the wine poised. Bright acidity and an elegant, lingering finish make it both approachable now and rewarding with a few years’ cellaring. Producer notes: From the family domaine run by Jean‑Louis and Léon Amiot, this cuvée expresses the signature Morey-Saint-Denis balance of finesse and structure. The domaine works modestly sized parcels in the Aux Charmes premier cru site, aiming to reflect the hillside’s soil and aspect. Winemaking: Fermentation is handled carefully to preserve fruit purity and texture, with gentle extraction to achieve silky tannins. Maturation in oak (including a portion of new barrels) rounds the mid-palate while respecting the site’s mineral character. The result is a refined Premier Cru with clarity and depth. Vineyard notes: Aux Charmes sits in a favourable sun-exposed position within Morey-Saint-Denis; soils here are a blend of limestone and clay that give the wine its mineral spine and precise acidity.
