品飲筆記：第一口先感到清新的柑橘皮與青蘋果香，接著浮現白花、烤杏仁與微微奶油感。酒體中等偏圓潤，礦物感與鹽感在舌邊流動，酸度明亮，收尾乾淨且悠長。 酒莊背景：此款來自Gros家族旗下，延續傳統的勃根地風格，重視產量控制與精選採收，追求地塊表現與食物相容性。 釀造工藝：部分在舊橡木桶發酵，部分在不鏽鋼槽完成，隨後在酒泥上陳放以增添口感厚度。新桶使用克制，保留新鮮果味與細緻香氣。 葡萄園與風土：採自勃根地白葡萄酒產區的良好地塊，多為石灰質或黏土-石灰混合土壤，日夜溫差有助保留酸度與香氣。採收以人工挑選為主，力求果實成熟均衡。

The palate is medium-bodied and gently creamy, driven by a chalky mineral thread and fresh acidity that keeps the wine focused to a saline, lingering finish. Producer notes: From the Gros family cellar, this bottling reflects a concise Bourgogne expression — classic, refined and food-friendly. The domaine favours low-yield picks and careful selection at harvest to concentrate flavour while preserving freshness. Winemaking notes: Fermented with a portion in seasoned oak and the remainder in tank, the wine sees lees ageing for added texture and complexity. Gentle élevage and limited new oak preserve fruit clarity while contributing subtle toast and almond notes. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from well-sited plots in the Bourgogne Blanc zone, planted on limestone and clay-limestone soils that give the wine its mineral backbone. Cool nights in the region help retain acidity and aromatic lift.
