品飲筆記：2022 年格希月香柏壇特級田呈現緊緻的紅果香：黑櫻桃、野莓與淡淡玫瑰花瓣，隨後帶出森林地表的潮濕泥土氣息與香料尾韻。入口細緻但有力，酸度鮮明，礦質感支撐中段果實，單寧緊而圓潤，口感絲滑，餘韻悠長且帶一抹鹹礦感。 酒莊與產區：來自知名酒莊克勞德·杜嘎（Claude Dugat），以嚴謹的田間管理與低產量著稱。這塊特級田地向陽且土壤礦物質豐富，老藤比例高，造就既集中又優雅的風格。 釀造手法：沿用傳統釀造：小槽發酵、溫和浸皮以保留香氣的純淨，陳年於法國橡木桶（部份新桶）中以整合單寧與橡木風味。釀酒過程講求細緻與最低限度的人工介入，讓這塊田的特色能真實表現。 田地與口感：坡地透氣、石灰岩帶來明快的礦感；酒體不會過重，卻有精準的酸度與結構，口感上呈現細緻的單寧與悠長層次，適合慢慢醒酒、逐口品味。

Tasting note: The 2022 Griottes-Chambertin Grand Cru opens with intense, pure aromas of black cherry and wild red berries, layered with rose petal, sous-bois and gentle spice. The palate is concentrated yet refined: taut acidity lifts bright fruit while a mineral spine and silky, fine-grained tannins give structure. The mid-palate shows depth and subtle earthiness, finishing long, saline and persistent. Producer notes: From the small, respected cellars of Claude Dugat, this Grand Cru is crafted with obsessive attention to detail — low yields from steep, well-exposed parcels that deliver both power and precision. The result is a wine that marries classic Cote de Nuits intensity with an elegant, lithe profile. Winemaking notes: Fermented in small vats using traditional methods with careful extraction to preserve aromatic purity. Matured in French oak barrels (a portion new) for extended élevage to integrate tannin and oak influence while maintaining vivacity. Minimal intervention in the cellar preserves terroir expression. Vineyard notes: Sourced from Griotte-Chambertin’s renowned slopes—sunny aspect, shallow limestone-rich soils and disciplined viticulture yield concentrated, finely textured fruit. Old vines and meticulous canopy work encourage phenolic ripeness and clarity of flavour.
