品飲筆記:杯中先是明亮的紅莓與櫻桃香,隱約有玫瑰與森林地表的香氣,口感中段流暢,酸度鮮明拉出果香輪廓,單寧細緻如絲,尾韻帶點香料與礦質感。生產者說明:來自注重風土與品質的家族小莊,田間嚴格控制產量並以人工採收與分選保留果實純淨度。釀造手法偏向低干預:精選果實、溫和浸皮、在法國橡木桶中熟成以增添結構但不搶味,瓶裝前以最小處理保留質地。葡萄園位於中坡,石灰與黏土混合土壤、排水與日照條件良好,老藤供果集中,是展現蒙泰利風土細緻一面的來源。適合慢慢醒開、搭配燒鴨或帶些野味的料理一起細嘗。
Tasting note: Bright red cherry and wild raspberry lead the nose, edged by dried rose petal and a savory, forest-floor note. On the palate it is medium-bodied with a lively acidity that lifts juicy red fruit, a seam of fine, silky tannins and a subtle thread of spice and warm oak. The finish is persistent with a mineral-tinged, savory aftertaste. Producer notes: From a focused family domaine that prioritises terroir expression and low yields, Les Barbieres is picked and handled with meticulous sorting to preserve freshness and tension. The aim is an elegant, precise wine that ages gracefully yet offers pleasure in youth. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested fruit undergoes careful sorting and a controlled fermentation with gentle extraction to retain aromatic clarity. The wine is matured in French oak barrels (a proportion of seasoned and some new oak) to add structure without dominating the fruit; élevage is attentive and minimal fining/filtration is practised to protect texture. Vineyard notes: Les Barbieres sits on mid-slope parcels in Monthelie with limestone and clay-rich soils that provide mineral grip and balanced drainage. Old vines and strict yield management concentrate flavours while the site’s exposure helps achieve ripe, pure red-fruit notes.
