Fernand & Laurent Pillot is a family domaine rooted in Chassagne-Montrachet. Working parcel by parcel, the brothers focus on granular vineyard work and measured cellar élevage. Les Chenes is vinified with careful oak ageing—small barrels, limited new oak—to add texture while preserving the site’s mineral clarity. Production for this cuvée is tiny, reflecting hands-on winemaking.
