來自波馬Les Rugiens一級田，香氣一開始以深色櫻桃和黑梅為主，跟著出現森林地表、濕葉、煙燻與礦物氣息。入口飽滿但不笨重，酸度清爽帶動，單寧扎實而細緻，形成緊密的結構感；中段透出香料與淡淡橡木香，尾韻乾淨且回甘悠長。彼洛特家族小型莊園注重田間管理與嚴格篩選，釀造時以溫和浸皮與細緻桶陳來平衡提取與成熟度，讓這支酒既有力量也保留優雅。年輕飲用請先醒一小時，搭配鴨、野味或熟成乳酪最佳。

This Pommard Premier Cru opens with focused notes of black cherry, dark plum and a smoky, sous-bois layer — wet leaves, damp earth and a hint of iron. On the palate it shows concentrated fruit framed by lively acidity and firm, grainy tannins that give structure without losing elegance. The mid-palate offers savory spice, cedar and a mineral lift; the finish is long and persistent. Produced by the family-run Fernand & Laurent Pillot in the Côte de Beaune, parcels in Les Rugiens yield powerful, age-worthy wines. Grapes are handled with careful sorting and gentle extraction; élevage takes place in French oak barrels (including a share of newer wood) to integrate tannins and add subtle spice. Best decanted if enjoyed young; will cellar well for decades. Drink 2027–2055.
