Tasting note

A confident Pommard with a layered aromatic profile of red cherry, crushed red currant and subtle dried herbs, followed by earthy undergrowth and a hint of forest mushroom. On the palate it shows bright, refreshing acidity balanced by firm, fine-grained tannins and a medium-plus body. Aging in French oak brings gentle spice and a rounded mid-palate while a mineral thread carries through to a persistent finish. This bottling reflects classic Cote de Beaune structure—best shown after an hour of airing and excellent with roast duck, game or mature cheeses.
