This Les Vercots Premier Cru from Domaine Follin-Arbelet offers a classic Côte de Beaune profile — focused, mineral and savory. On the nose, expect a layered mix of red and black cherry, forest floor, crushed stone and a touch of warm spice. The palate is medium‑full with ripe acidity, firm but polished tannins and a compact core of fruit framed by a subtle iron-mineral streak. Vinified with attention to balance and aged in French oak, the wine shows restraint in its youth but opens with air to reveal more plush fruit and spice. Drink now after a short decant or cellar through the early 2030s to watch the texture soften and complexity build.
