橋治李耶的洛奇園特級田 2020 充滿層次：黑櫻桃與野莓香先行，接著是森林地表、香料與礦物氣息。口感絲滑，單寧細緻而有骨架，酸度明亮讓整體更顯立體。酒莊沿用傳統、以人工採收、嚴格篩選葡果，釀造時以溫和浸皮與法國橡木桶熟成，使香氣與結構平衡。來自石灰與黏土的斜坡地塊，日照與排水條件良好，這支酒現在醒一至兩小時即可大放異彩，也適合短期陳放後再享用。輕鬆配鴨肉或熟成起司最合適。

A concentrated and elegant Grand Cru from a respected Morey-Saint-Denis domaine, this 2020 Clos de la Roche shows layered aromas of black cherry, ripe red berry, rose petal and hints of forest floor and spice. On the palate it opens with a silky entry, bright, precise acidity and finely grained tannins that support broad mid-palate fruit and mineral tension. The winemaking follows a restrained, classic approach—careful hand harvesting and sorting, gentle extraction and élevage in French oak to integrate spice without overwhelming the fruit—allowing terroir-driven structure to shine. From limestone-and-clay slopes with good exposure, the wine offers depth now but will reward short-term cellaring and an hour or two of decanting to reveal its complexity and long, mineral finish.
