來自沃恩羅曼尼一級田布魯利園的2018年作品，香氣以紅櫻桃、野草莓與淡淡玫瑰花瓣為主，並帶有林下泥土與香料的細緻氣息。入口柔順但有層次，鮮明的酸度帶動紅果風味，細緻滑順的單寧塑造出優雅的口感結構，礦物感與微微烘培香互相呼應，使餘韻延展耐人尋味。生產上採用精細田間管理與人工採收，酒窖以適度陳釀和平衡的新舊桶使用，保留果味同時帶出複雜性。推薦開瓶後輕醒45分鐘，與烤鴨、野味或香菇料理都相當合拍。

A refined Premier Cru from a small Vosne-Romanee domaine, this 2018 Aux Brulees shows lifted aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal, with hints of forest floor and warm spice. On the palate it is elegant and concentrated: bright, precise acidity frames layers of red fruit and savory mineral notes, while fine, silky tannins give structure without weight. The oak is well integrated, offering subtle warmth and spice toward a long, polished finish. Best enjoyed after gentle decanting to allow the wine’s aromatic complexities to unfurl.
