品飲筆記：酒色呈明亮深寶紅，初聞有紅櫻桃與覆盆子果香，隱約紫羅蘭花香與烘焙香料，接著出現森林地表的泥土氣息。入口柔順、單寧細緻如絲，酸度明亮帶動整體節奏，礦感收尾悠長而帶鹹香。酒莊介紹：尚查爾斯瑞揚位於維森羅曼尼的小型莊園，注重表現園內風土與香氣，追求平衡與優雅而非強勢提味。釀造方式：在釀製上採取克制的浸皮與發酵手法，讓果香保留為主，之後於法國橡木桶中熟成（含少部分年輕橡木），木質香只是配角，為酒體增加香料與結構。葡萄園與土壤：產自石灰質與黏土交錯的坡地，涼爽大陸性氣候幫助果實保持鮮度與香氣，採收控制產量以換取精緻口感與層次。飲用建議：醒酒約45分鐘可以解放香氣，適合搭配鴨胸、野味或帶奶鹹味的成熟起司。
