Producer notes: From a small family domaine in Puligny‑Montrachet, this bottling expresses a strict attention to site and vintage. Fruit is hand‑harvested from the Les Folatières premier cru parcel and managed for low yields to concentrate flavour. Winemaking: Gentle whole‑cluster pressing, careful selection of parcels and a combination of barrel fermentation and ageing on fine lees create texture without heaviness. Judicious use of seasoned oak and regular lees stirring add complexity while preserving freshness.
