Tasting note

品飲筆記：首先撲鼻而來的是清新的檸檬皮、白花與熟梨的果香，入口有石果的甜美與海鹽般的礦物感，輕微烘烤的橡木與榛果香帶來層次。酒體圓潤，舌面有細緻酵母感與絲滑奶油口感，但酸度明亮，使整體清爽不膩，尾韻悠長帶鹹鮮回味。 酒莊與釀造：尚米兒家族酒莊以小規模精耕聞名，田間採收以手工為主，嚴格篩選果實，尊重產地風土。釀造上採用溫和的壓榨、在桶中低溫發酵並在細泥中長期陳年，少量新桶點綴，以保留風土的純淨與香氣層次。田地特色：一級田「Les Folatières」位處含石灰質土壤，排水良好、日照均衡，老藤和低產量帶來濃縮而帶骨架的果實，能夠同時呈現細緻芳香與礦物張力。

Tasting note: Bright aromas of lemon zest, white flowers and ripe orchard fruits open to a refined palate where juicy pear and stone-fruit flesh sit against saline minerality and a whisper of toasted oak. The mid-palate is rounded and creamy from lees élevage, while fresh acidity keeps the wine poised and energetic; the finish is long, mineral and slightly nutty. Producer notes: From a small, attentive domaine in Puligny-Montrachet, this Premier Cru reflects a single-hill personality — concentration without heaviness. Fruit is hand-harvested and parcels are rigorously selected to preserve site character. Winemaking notes: Gentle whole-bunch pressing, cool fermentations in barrel with extended élevage on fine lees, and judicious use of seasoned oak produce texture and complexity without masking clarity. Lees ageing and light stirring add creaminess and energy. Vineyard notes: Les Folatières sits on limestone-riched soils with excellent drainage and favourable exposure. Low yields and older vine stocks yield concentrated, mineral-driven fruit that expresses the vineyard’s steely backbone and aromatic lift.
