Tasting note

這款2023年克沃格特級田酒色澤深邃，果香濃郁，紅黑果實（如櫻桃、桑葚、黑醋栗）帶出香草與香料的暖調，還有林下草木與細緻紫羅蘭的花香層次。入口渾厚豐腴，肉感明顯但結構均衡：細緻單寧包裹著飽滿果實，酸度克制而提氣，尾段回味悠長。 釀造上採用人工分選與嚴謹發酵，入桶熟成採用大量新橡木（約80–100%新桶），賦予香草、烘烤與辛香支撐，使整體更為寬厚。葡萄園位於石灰質為主、黏土含量低的地塊，老藤約45–50年，產量有限、管理精細，是能夠隨時間愈發複雜的經典酒款。建議醒酒1小時以上，搭鴨禽、山禽或熟成起司最佳。

A deep, rich ruby Grand Cru from Clos de Vougeot, this 2023 presents concentrated aromas of red and black fruit — cherries, mulberries and blackcurrant — layered with vanilla, spice, violets and a hint of woodland undergrowth. With time the bouquet will reveal savoury leather and tertiary nuances. On the palate it is ample and fleshy, generous and muscular yet balanced: fine-grained tannins meet a discreet acidity and generous mid-palate weight. The élevage is notable — matured in 80–100% new oak — which brings toasted vanilla and spice frame to the fruit while supporting a long, lingering finish. Vineyard and cellar notes: hand-harvested and hand-sorted grapes from old vines (approx. 45–50 years) rooted in hard limestone with low clay. Small production at the domaine and meticulous barrel ageing produce a Grand Cru built for mid- to long-term development (best drinking from 2030–2050). Decant for an hour or more to open up; excellent with roast and game dishes or aged cheese.
