Tasting note: Fresh red-fruit aromas—cherry, raspberry and a hint of wild strawberry—are framed by underbrush, damp leaf and a fine mineral streak. On the palate it shows lively acidity, refined, silk-like tannins and a compact mid-palate that opens to savory spice and a cedary oak impression. The finish is persistent with a cool, stony thread.
