Tasting note

這支2022年的里奇堡頂級園來自蒙佳謬尼略，酒體厚實但不失優雅。香氣複雜：有類似麝香與皮革的沉穩底蘊，還透出檀木、山楊與桃花的清雅；隨著時間會散出林下苔蘚、蘑菇與熟果的迷人層次。入口飽滿、豐富而有張力，單寧結實但柔順，酸度支撐整體結構，餘韻悠長而溫暖。葡萄來自40–60年老藤，長在略黏的黏土覆蓋石灰岩之土壤；採收時在酒莊內人工篩選，全部在100%新橡木桶中熟成，凸顯出酒的豐腴與香料感。酒莊由Jean Mongeard持有，傳統且細緻的釀造方式讓每一瓶都充滿園區特性。年輕時醒兩小時更見風采，配烤鴨、野味或熟成乳酪都很合適。

This 2022 Richebourg Grand Cru from Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret shows the classic Grand Cru profile: dense, intensely perfumed and endowed with serious structure. On the nose there are notes of musk, Russian leather and sandalwood beside brighter accents of hawthorn and peach blossom; deeper forest floor characters—lichen, undergrowth and mushrooms—lend complexity. The palate is expansive and generous, with velvety dark-fruit flavours (cherry, blackcurrant and preserved fruits) wrapped in ripe, gripping tannins and sustained by refreshing acidity. Produced from old vines planted on fairly clayey soils over limestone, the fruit was hand-sorted in the winery and matured in 100% new oak barrels, giving the wine its breadth and spice. Ownership remains with Jean Mongeard and the domaine practices meticulous sorting and traditional élevage to express the Richebourg terroir. Approachable after a couple of years but best rewarded with patience — decant for around two hours when young. Serve with richer game birds, roasted preparations and mature alpine cheeses.
