這款2016年一級園,散發清雅的紅果與草本花香,轉開杯後泥土、森林地表與菇類香氣慢慢跑出來。口感中等偏細,酸感清新,單寧柔順而有支撐,入口像是紅莓和櫻桃的純淨果味,尾段帶有礦質與一絲香料感,收尾細長。酒莊採用小規模、注重田間管理的方式栽培,手工採收、溫和釀造與合理橡木陳年,讓這片風土的顏色和口感在酒中細緻呈現。配上燒鴨或菇類料理最對味,短時間醒酒即可展現最好的一面。
A refined Premier Cru from Vougeot, this 2016 offers an elegant, layered nose of red cherry, wild strawberry and gentle floral notes, with savory undergrowth and damp earth emerging on the second swirl. The palate is mid-weight and finely textured: bright acidity lifts pure red fruit while silky tannins provide structure without heaviness. Subtle spice and a mineral, almost saline finish give length and focus. Shows the calm, terroir-driven personality of a mature Côte de Nuits Premier Cru, best enjoyed after a short decant to show its aromatic complexity.
