Tasting note
這支酒來自小型家族酒莊,風格輕盈又帶香氣。聞得到鮮紅果實的清甜與玫瑰花瓣的花香,細聞還有潮濕林地與少許香料的氣息。入口爽脆、酸度明亮,單寧柔順如絲,酒體屬於中偏輕,果味與鹹香、礦質感交織,口腔延展性好。酒莊採取人手採收、分批小槽發酵與溫和浸皮,並以法國橡木桶熟成(以舊桶為主)來保留純粹的風土味。葡萄園坐落在典型的布根地石灰黏土地帶,注重低產與選果,讓每一口都帶出土地的細緻與優雅。
A light, perfumed Bourgogne from a careful family domaine. The nose opens with bright red cherry, cranberry and rose-petal perfume, then reveals soft underbrush and a hint of spice. On the palate it is fresh and agile — vibrant acidity frames silky, gentle tannins and a mid-weight core of red fruit and savory earth tones. Winemaking focuses on gentle extraction and terroir clarity: hand-harvested fruit, small-batch vinification and ageing in French oak (a portion of older barrels) to preserve finesse rather than overt oakiness. Vineyards lie within classic Burgundy parcels of clay-limestone soils, managed for low yields and focused ripeness, producing a wine that drinks well now but will settle gracefully over a few years.
