The palate is medium-bodied and finely textured—silky tannins frame fresh acidity and savoury mushroom-mineral notes, finishing with a lingering brush of tobacco and subtle oak spice. Producer notes: Domaine Nicolas Rossignol is a small family domaine in Pernand-Vergelesses focused on faithful expressions of its climats. Their Les Fichots bottling shows site clarity and a restrained, classical approach—aiming for balance rather than overt power.
