酒液呈清透深紅，前調有紅櫻桃與覆盆子果香，隱約綴以牡丹與微花香，底層帶著潮濕林地與礦質氣息。入口集中但不笨重，果味飽滿，單寧細緻如絲，酸度明亮帶動整體節奏，尾段有些辛香與微煙燒感，餘韻乾淨而持久。 酒莊護理嚴謹，採低產與人工採收以求果實純淨；釀造過程注重溫和萃取，讓香氣與口感保持活力。陳桶以法國橡木為主，部分新桶短期融合，賦予結構而不搶走果味。田地位於Volnay Caillerets的石灰質坡地，朝向良好、排水佳——這裡的土壤和微氣候造就了香氣優雅、口感細膩且結構分明的酒款。適合想要體驗細緻香氣與柔和口感的飲家，亦適合搭配鴨類或帶有菌菇風味的料理。

On the palate it is concentrated yet poised, showing ripe red fruit framed by fine, silky tannins and a lively backbone of acidity.
