Vineyards are managed with respect for yield control and site expression. Winemaking notes: Fermented with whole clusters (as indicated), the wine shows a lifted spice and structural tension from gentle carbonic influence. Extraction is measured and élevage is in French oak for maturation with modest new oak to preserve freshness and detail.
