Tasting Note: Bright and layered, this Grand Cru opens with citrus zest, white flowers and ripe stone fruit, joined by honeyed almond and gentle toasted oak. The palate combines a creamy, almost silky mid-palate with taut, saline minerality and lively acidity, finishing very long and precise. Producer Notes: Domaine Pierre Vincent is a hands-on family domaine based in Aloxe-Corton, focused on small-lot production and faithful expression of terroir in premier and grand cru parcels. Their approach balances tradition with careful cellar management to reveal site character. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand-harvested, barrel-fermented and aged on fine lees in French oak barrels with a measured use of new oak to add structure without masking finesse. Periodic bâtonnage and attentive élevage produce integrated texture and complexity over 12–18 months. Vineyard Notes: Fruit comes from top parcels in the Corton-Charlemagne slope where limestone-rich soils, gentle exposure and rigorous vine work yield concentrated, textured fruit.
