A refined Premier Cru from Les Vergelesses, this 2023 displays a poised nose of citrus blossom, white stone fruit and toasted almond, with subtle notes of vanilla and honeyed brioche. On the palate it shows a rounded, creamy texture balanced by lively mineral-driven acidity and a gentle oak frame. Fermented and aged carefully in oak with lees contact and partial malolactic conversion, the wine combines precision and a soft, layered mouthfeel. Ideal slightly chilled after a brief decant, it pairs beautifully with poultry, truffled pasta, creamy seafood and mature cheeses.

Domaine Pierre Vincent is a small, family-run producer in the Côte de Beaune that focuses on precise, terroir-driven wines. Working with modest yields and old vines across village and premier cru sites, the domaine favours traditional methods: hand-harvest, gentle pressing, barrel fermentation for selected cuvées, and aging on fine lees to build texture while preserving freshness.
