This Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru from Robert Groffier offers a concentrated yet elegant profile: a layered nose of dark cherry, ripe red fruit and violet, edged with forest-floor and truffle notes. On the palate it combines bright acidity with silky but firm tannins, delivering ripe fruit, spice and mineral tension that builds to a long, persistent finish. The 2023 vintage shows focus and depth while retaining the site’s characteristic finesse. A wine for careful cellaring or for decanting now to reveal its complexity.
